PUNALUU, HI – Crews were on the scene of a single-vehicle accident in Punaluu on Tuesday morning, according to KITV Traffic.
The incident, first reported at 10:40 a.m., happened on Kamehameha Highway between Green Valley Road and Kahana Valley Road. The vehicle involved crashed into a utility police and caused it to split.
EMS crews were called to the scene to aid the motorist involved, though no details on injuries have been released.
Debris from the crash had been cleared and a tow truck was headed to the scene.
