HONOLULU, HI – Paramedics were called to the scene of a crash in Honolulu that injured a scooter rider on Sunday morning, reports KITV.
Honolulu Emergency Medical Service officials said the victim was a 61-year-old man who was on a standing electric scooter. He was riding at the intersection of King Street and Victoria Street when he was hit by a car at about 11:45 a.m.
EMS said its crews rendered aid to the man, who was reported to be in serious condition.
