Overturned box truck shuts down Kunia Road at Kupuna Loop

KUNIA, HI – Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a truck accident in Kunia on Friday morning, according to KITV Traffic.

The crash, reported at 11:12 a.m., involved an overturned box truck. It shut down Kunia Road south at Kupuna Loop, with all traffic diverted to the westbound H1 Freeway. The left lane was also blocked on the off-ramp to Ewa from the H1 west.

The crash was cleared about an hour later and Kunia Road south was reopened. No serious injuries were reported in the incident.
