Motorcycle rider hospitalized following crash on Alaloa Street in Kaneohe

KANEOHE, HI – A motorcycle accident in Kaneohe on Monday afternoon sent a man to the hospital, according to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser.

The motorcycle rider, a man estimated to be age 33, was involved in a crash on Alaloa Street sometime before 1:30 p.m.  No other vehicles were involved.

Honolulu Emergency Medical Services crews were dispatched to the scene and came to the aid of the victim.  He was transported to an area hospital and was listed in serious condition.

There was no immediate word on what led to the accident.
