HONOLULU, HI – A man died after his motorcycle was involved in an accident on Tuesday night, according to the Honolulu Police Department.
KHON reports the accident happened along Kalanianaole Highway in Hawaii Kai, where first responders and paramedics arrived shortly before 8 p.m.
The 20-year-old victim of the crash was pronounced dead at the scene. Honolulu Emergency Medical Services said no other vehicles were involved.
Honolulu police are investigating the incident, which shut down Kalanianaole Highway between Keahole Street and Lunalilo Home Road.
