PAUOA, HI – A man was arrested after a crash in Pauoa involving a car believed to have been stolen, Hawaii News Now reports.
Honolulu police officers were called to the scene on Booth Road Monday morning after the incident was reported at about 9:30 a.m. Witnesses told police that a man had rammed a car into a vehicle with several people inside. There were no reports of injuries.
The driver, a man in his 30s, was arrested on suspicion of unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle and first-degree criminal property damage. Booth Road was shut down for the police investigation before reopening several hours later.
