Man arrested after crashing into parked vehicle in Wahiawa

HONOLULU, HI – A man has been arrested and charged following a car crash in Wahiawa on Sunday morning, according to Hawaii News Now.

Honolulu police said 35-year-old Blaise Low was going at a high rate of speed when he intentionally rammed his car into a parked vehicle.  An investigation determined that Low had previously been arguing with a woman who was one of two people inside the parked vehicle.  The suspect also struck the car and one of the victims with a dangerous instrument, police said.

Low was apprehended on Lehua Street and subsequently charged with attempted murder.  No details were released regarding injuries resulting from the incident.
