E-bike collision on Manoa Road in Honolulu leaves woman critically injured

HONOLULU, HI – Paramedics came to the aid of a woman critically injured in an e-bike accident in Honolulu Tuesday morning.

A report by KITV states that the crash occurred on Manoa Road at about 10:15 a.m.   The woman on the e-bike, reported to be age 52, suffered multiple traumatic injuries.   Honolulu Emergency Medical Services rushed her to an area trauma hospital where she was listed in critical condition.  It was not yet clear whether another vehicle was involved in the collision.

Manoa Road was shut down in both directions between Poelua Street and Peneku Place during the response to the incident and the ensuing investigation.
