HONOLULU, HI – Emergency crews were called to the scene of a collision in Downtown Honolulu on Tuesday afternoon, according to a KITV report.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash in the area of South King Street and Punchbowl Street at 2:47 p.m. Investigators said a car was traveling south through the intersection with the green light when it was struck by a pickup truck that went through a red light.
Five people were injured in the wreck and taken to the hospital. Two men, ages 25 and 27, were listed in serious condition while three other people were in stable condition, a 51-year-old woman and two girls ages 16 and 10.
