HONOLULU, HI – Three people were injured in a crash at an intersection in Honolulu on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser.
The accident, involving a motorcycle and at least one other vehicle, took place in the area of University Avenue and Kapiolani Boulevard. Honolulu Emergency Medical Services arrived at about 12:30 p.m. and came to the aid of the injured victims.
A 27-year-old man who had been riding the motorcycle was taken to an area hospital and listed in serious condition. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the collision, officials said.
Two people in the vehicle, a 76-year-old woman and a 78-year-old man, sustained minor injuries. They were hospitalized in serious condition.
