3 injured after bus and car collide on Clayton Street in Kakaako

HONOLULU, HI – A bus and a car were involved in a collision in Honolulu on Tuesday afternoon, sending three people to the hospital.

According to KITV, Honolulu EMS was dispatched to the scene at Clayton Street and Kapiolani Boulevard in Kakaako at about 4:40 p.m.

Three women, ages 49, 61, and 74, were taken to an area hospital where they were listed in serious condition.  Two had been riding on the bus while the other was in the car.  Two other people involved in the crash were treated at the scene and not transported.

There were no details on what led to the accident.
