HONOLULU, HI – A pedestrian accident in Honolulu last week sent two women to the hospital, reports the Honolulu Star-Advertiser.
The incident happened as the two were out for their morning walk on Wednesday. The victims, both age 71, were struck by a vehicle in the vicinity of Keahole Place and Hawaii Kai Drive in Hawaii Kai.
Honolulu Emergency Medical Services arrived at the scene at about 7:35 am. and transported the two victims, who suffered leg and hip injuries. Both were listed in serious condition.
There were no details about the circumstances that led to the collision.
