Amy M.H. Chan is a dedicated attorney who specializes in workers compensation cases at our law firm. Born and raised on Oahu, she attended the University of Hawaii – Manoa for her undergraduate degree before earning her law degree at Gonzaga University School Law. After completing her legal education, Amy began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Michael Town.
Amy has built an impressive career with extensive legal experience and a strong track record of success handling complex cases. She has participated in hundreds of contested workers compensation hearings before the Disability Compensation Division and the Labor and Industrial Relations Appeals Board. Additionally, she has handled countless bench trials, jury trials, and administrative hearings before the Hawaii state courts, Hawaii Administrative Driver’s License Revocation Office, and the Hawaii Labor Relations Board.
Outside of the office, you can find Amy running at the beach or eating at new restaurants. She is also a devoted mom who enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
