HONOLULU, HI – The Honolulu Police Department said a motorcycle crash in Kaneohe Monday night left a man critically injured, according to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser.
An investigation determined that the 23-year-old victim was riding south on Likelike Highway at about 8:30 p.m. when he lost control of the vehicle near the entrance to the Wilson Tunnel.
The motorcycle crashed into a guardrail, and the rider was ejected onto the roadway.
Police are investigating the accident, and have yet to determine whether speed, drugs or alcohol were contributing factors.
