3 injured, including toddler, in multi-vehicle accident on H1 Freeway

HONOLULU, HI – Honolulu Emergency Medical Services responded to a collision along the H-1 Freeway on Monday afternoon, Hawaii News Now reports.

The multi-vehicle crash happened on the eastbound freeway near the Kunia Road off-ramp at about 12:45 p.m. Paramedics transported three injured victims to the hospital.

A 32-year-old woman and a 3-year-old boy were seriously injured, while a 40-year-old man was listed in stable condition.

No details were reported about the circumstances that led to the wreck.
