HONOLULU, HI – Honolulu police and first responders were at the scene of a crash in Waipio early Saturday morning, KHON reports.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision that occurred shortly after midnight in the area of Waipio Uka Street and Moolelo Street.
Honolulu Emergency Medical Services took three people to the hospital. One victim, a man in his 20s, was critically injured. Two women, ages 40 and 20, were seriously injured.
One male was arrested for habitual operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant but was later released. Police are continuing their investigation into the wreck.
