HONOLULU, HI – A man was injured in a motorcycle accident in Hawaii Kai on Monday night, the Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports.
The incident occurred on Kalanianaole Highway, where Honolulu police and firefighters responded to the scene sometime after 8:30 p.m.
Police said a 22-year-old man was riding a motorcycle eastbound when he drove off the road, struck a guardrail and was thrown from the bike. The victim fell about 100 feet down a cliff from the highway.
