Collision involving vehicle and bicycle blocks lanes in Honolulu

HONOLULU, HI – A collision involving a vehicle and a bicycle was disrupting traffic in Honolulu Thursday afternoon, according to KITV Traffic.

The accident happened in the area of McCully Street and Kapiolani Boulevard, and was reported at about 1:30 p.m.  Honolulu police and firefighters responded to the scene along with EMS crews.  No details were immediately available regarding any injuries.

Lanes were blocked on McCully Street and Kapiolani Boulevard while authorities and paramedics were working at the crash scene.  All lanes reopened later in the afternoon.
