HALAWA, HI – A truck accident that occurred Friday morning was slowing traffic on the Halawa-bound H-3 Freeway, reports KITV Traffic.
According to the report at 11:49 a.m., a truck overturned but was back up on its tires and was moved off to the shoulder between the Runaway Truck Ramp and the split to H1/Moanalua Freeway. EMS crews along with Honolulu police and firefighters were dispatched to the scene.
The right lane of the freeway was blocked with first responders assisting the affected motorist, and drivers were reminded to move over to the other lane. A tow truck arrived to clear away the overturned truck. There was no immediate word on whether anyone was injured in the crash.
