Crash blocks 4 lanes on H1 Freeway westbound after Kaimakani overpass

HONOLULU, HI – A vehicle crash disrupted traffic along a stretch of the H1 Freeway in Honolulu on Friday evening, the Hawaii Department of Transportation said.

In an advisory posted at 6:36 p.m., the Hawaii DOT said the accident was blocking four left lanes on the westbound freeway after the Kaimakani Street overpass.  There were no immediate reports of injuries.

An update was released later in the evening stating that the scene had been cleared.
